Scene 02 — The file

Every late mark, every collection, every inquiry lives in a file that three companies keep on you. You never wrote it. You rarely see it. And when it's wrong, outdated, or unverifiable — you're the one who pays. In rates. In denials. In deposits.

The Fair Credit Reporting Act says every item has to be accurate, complete, and verifiable. That's the lever.

Scene 03 — The dispute

Scene 05 — The method

Four moves.No guesswork.

01

Audit

We pull all three bureaus and read every tradeline, inquiry, and personal-info entry against each other. Mismatched dates, balances, statuses, and duplicates get flagged — usually 3× what you'd find yourself.

  • 3-bureau pull
  • Cross-bureau mismatch scan
  • Written game plan
02

Dispute

Round one goes out under FCRA §611 to each bureau — itemized, documented, specific. Bureaus have 30 days to verify or remove. You watch every item's status update in your portal.

  • Itemized bureau letters
  • 30-day response clock
  • Live status per item
03

Escalate

"Verified" isn't the end. We request the method of verification, go direct to furnishers under §623, and file with the CFPB when a bureau doesn't do its job.

  • Method-of-verification requests
  • Direct furnisher disputes
  • Regulator complaints
04

Rebuild

Deleting is half of it. We coach utilization, positive tradelines, and timing so the next lender who pulls you sees a file that's clean and strong.

  • Utilization plan
  • Positive tradeline strategy
  • Lender-ready timing

Straight answers.

Can you remove accurate negative items?

No one can legally promise that. The law lets you dispute information that's inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or that the bureau can't verify — and a large share of negative items fall into one of those buckets. That's where we focus.

How fast will I see results?

Bureaus have 30 days to respond to each dispute round, so most clients see their first changes in 30–45 days. Heavier files usually take 3–6 rounds. Your portal shows each round's due date.

Do I pay anything upfront?

No. Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act we can't charge before services are performed. You're billed at the end of each month of work, and you can cancel any time.

Can I do this myself?

Yes — disputing directly with the bureaus is free, and it's your right. What we bring is the audit, the documentation, the escalation playbook, and the time.

Will this hurt my score?

Disputes don't lower your score. We use soft-pull monitoring, so checking your progress doesn't either.

What do I need to start?

A government ID, a proof of address, and a monitoring account (we'll walk you through it). Everything is uploaded securely in your portal.
